Insignia Financial (IFL AU) Accepts CC Capital's Reduced Terms
Insignia Financial (IFL AU), a wealth manager and previously known as IOOF, has entered into a Scheme with CC Capital at $A$4.80/share.
That's 56.9% premium to undisturbed (11th December 2024), 20% above Bain's initial indicative tilt last year, but 4% below CC Capital (% Bain's) A$5.00/share indictive Offer on the 7th March.
Apart from the Scheme vote, CC Capital's Offer requires a raft a regulatory approvals. The SID indicates 1H26 completion.
Bain's initial A$4.00/share non-binding indicative Offer was announced on the 13th December 2024.
I followed with seven more insights - not including this one - as CC Capital threw their hat into the ring, followed by Brookfield. Only for Brookfield, then Bain, to walk.
The NEW News - A Firm Offer
Terms. CC Capitals A$4.80/share Offer, by way of a Scheme, is a 56.9% premium to the undisturbed price of A$3.06/share on the 11th December, the day before Bain made its approach.
The terms have not been declared final - as far as I can see.
