Last May, concurrent with Brendan Gore (CEO/MD) stepping down, residential land developer Peet Ltd (PPC AU) announced it was undertaking a strategic review of the business.
Industry peer Stockland (SGP AU) was/is believed to be the frontrunner to make a tilt for Peet. Local media are reporting a PE or super fund is now kicking tyres.
