Sydney Airport (SYD AU): FIRB Done. Now For The Vote

FIRB condition is now satisfied for Sydney Airport (SYD AU)'s proposed Scheme.
The Scheme Booklet is out. The Scheme Meeting will be held on the 3 February. The independent Expert says the Offer is fair and reasonable.
Assuming shareholders approve the Scheme, the expected implementation date is the 9 March. Currently trading tight to terms.
